Anyone who says they have not lost money in OTC is FOS been there done that let me give an example
Had a drone stock (was more cruise and travel then new board brought Drones)well Ceo joined up with a few ex military honest folks long story short he was selling shares right under all noses
Writing fake receipts to dilute unrestricted shares to keep up his above ave lifestyle
Well it was found by new board and they all walked there was SEC involvement but nothing came of it shareholders got the shaft
PR of board walking hit at 4am by 9:32am I got 2k of my 10k back stock dropped further as well
Ok so now fast-forward to Dalton and UNVC the breadcrumbs all lead to some very accomplished folks trying to do good for shareholders and the world.
This Ceo is in the 1% of OTC Ceos trying to actually build a company the rest are just stock market promotions based off PRs with nothing behind them.
Otc sewer was actually created to supply companies with capital to grow biz, but most go to the dark side after failed attempts etc..
