Its not that we didn't notice what he said and didn't say, its that we recognize you are trying to sew doubt ever so gently.
He did address the bank financing and said at this time attorneys have advised him not to discuss it. That means they are deep in discussions.
It's also not really that important. CYDY has funds, and can easily get more if they need it.
