Phase 2 58/75 Phase 2/3 51”
This is great news. The mild/mod trial is nearing full enrollment (Amarex rep said they expect mid-June for full enrollment) and the severe trial has met the 50 patient enrollment criteria for the interim analysis. My hope from the beginning is the full data from the mild/mod trial can be released at the same time or near release of the severe trial. This may come true and I think will support the case for leronlimab.
NP said that CYDY has decided to unblind the mild/mod trial on or around 15JUN10. I don’t agree with unblinding the mild/moderate trial before being completely enrolled. I think it’s a bad idea. But there’s a chance that the trial could be fully enrolled on the 15th of June according to Amarex, the day NP said it will be unblinded. Let’s hope it gets to 75.
