It seems Jakafi lowers red and white blood counts. Also, it doesn’t stabilize the immune system, but suppresses it. High risk of developing an infection according to their web site. I just skimmed through the study. Was dosage mentioned? Standard is 2 pills per day at @$63/20 mg pill cheapest price( it goes up to $107) = 126x 7 = $882/ week -$1498/week.
