Thanks! Interesting info!! I’m no doctor or scientist but I reduced my mom’s (90 yrs old) insulin intake from 50 to 10 as well as food consumption. Everything has improved! And she looks like she is about 70 and relatively agile. Most of her ailments could be attributed to her age. She’s still a sugar junkie, so when I am careless and she gets her hands on it, I can immediately tell: she wrinkles up and manifests dementia. In modern society ñ, we are just over fed. A lot of ailments could be cured ñ/controlled if we weren’t constantly bombarding our bodies with useless calories. I’ve heard (read titles) about fasting, however, the cell rejuvenation has peaked my interest, so I’ll be checking it out more. Best to you!
