Siyata Mobile (TSX.V: SIM) (OTCQX: SYATF) today announced that it will be releasing its Q1 Financial Statements on June 11, 2020 and will be including its 2019 year end results on this day, instead of Wednesday, June 3, 2020, as previously announced. The combined release is intended to give a more representative disclosure of the Company’s financials at once. In addition, the Company will be hosting an investor conference call to discuss the results followed by a Q&A for investors.
