All, I am going to keep going back to the S1s.

It's now been quite a while since the Form 10 was automatically approved. Joe stated NGIO was basically 'clean'.
My biggest issue with all of this is the fact Joe has stated so many times that NASDAQ is the goal for everything to get investment, etc.. Everyone can make all kinds of assumptions on this or that, but in the end, the words are still there - getting on NASDAQ is the goal to get investment.
Form 10, then S1, then listing. The longer the wait to put in the S1, the longer the wait to get listed on NASDAQ, the longer the wait for investment. That's all common sense. The S1 should have been put in the day after Form 10 approval, period. We need NGIO listed.
In the PR, Generex listed all the things that are currently going on with AE37, vaccine, future trials. He mentioned in the past that there is a group that would estimate based on everything what the PPS would be for NGIO upon listing. He gave a good list to start that estimation.
There is no reason for a delay in the S1. It needs to be put in and the ball rolling for NGIO to get listed. If Generex has a problem doing multiple things at one time, they are worse off than we thought.
