PHOENIX and DENVER, Dec. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Altitude Organic Corp, a subsidiary of Tranzbyte Corporation (ERBB:OTC K) is pleased to announce it is in final negotiations to exclusively partner with a major organic fertilizer producer. The proprietary fertilizer and soil mixtures developed by this company have won International acclaim for the tremendous yield and growth enhancing properties of all produce and plants it has been tested on. Upon execution of the agreement, the partnership will provide a tremendous production enhancement and decrease in commercial growing expenditure for Altitude Organic businesses versus competitors in the cannabis industry. In conjunction with the company's scientists, Altitude Organic Corp will develop its own proprietary organic soil and nutrient blends to provide our operators far better plant growth, better soil conditioning, and insure the use of our exclusive uniform organic growing system between managed and acquired dispensary businesses.
Managing Director of Altitude Organic Brian Cook stated, "We are excited to create the industry's first commercial organic product lines in conjunction with an esteemed company looking to enter the up-and-coming cannabis industry. This relationship is an example of one we have been cultivating over the last two years that should come to fruition upon final negotiation. All of our partner-operators and acquired businesses can look forward to increasing yields by 30% or greater, reducing their fertilizer and nutrient bill by 1/3rd, dramatically increasing flower size, receiving better plant nutrition from trace minerals, and operating using only (OMRI) Organic Material Review Institute certified fertilizer. This is a huge step in setting our product lines and operations ahead of the rest of the industry."

This year, Tranzbyte acquired ProximaRF - a leading-edge company that produces a line of products supporting leading-edge RFID technology.
Tranzbyte also houses the company's 9-year-old technology division which is actively engaged in the sale of its optical media enhancement products to potential customers in the US and Asia.
