Someone is selling 33,300 shares and they keep dro

Someone is selling 33,300 shares and they keep dropping their price by 0.0001 below anyone that puts in a sell. They were at 33,300 @ 0.5799 then .5797 etc now someone came in with 1000 shares to sell at 0.5788 and the 33,300 came back at 0.5787. That is a seller for some reason
