Really? I happen to know otherwise. Fredo Perkins is trying to take control of the entire FDA process -- except the review of the product of course, for which people called Fredo are incapable of.
There is no need for overdramatizing. DECN has not been charged with being a criminal enterprise. DECN may have exaggerated stales projections and revenue forecasts. And before you state it, I am not looking for a CEO position.
Obviously you have not read the May 20 SEC filing. As for the CEO job, of course you are interested and so is Always. Both of you want to manage the product of the decade, and perhaps the century.
GenViro is not approved for sale and distribution a part of message board folks or the SEC, that is the FDA's job and they have requirements that if DECN meets and or exceeds they will get approved. Otherwise, it would be discrimination.
That would be news to Fredo Perkins and Anita Bandy at the SEC.
Why are you not exposing this Company on Seeking Alpha because in the biotech space there are hundreds of people that are intellectually interested in new drugs and testing devices.
