Reminds me of the litigation claims against Johnson. The only things I will care about as a potential investor from a reentry point are whether the device is finished and does it work. Critics are everywhere. Critics didn't stop the market cap from rising while a plethora of titillating pr's were being published. At some point, there needs to delivered products.
