I just know that volume preceeds a price increase.
A few recent buys saw the volume increasing.
I had to get some @ 1 tick to average down (I did)
I guess I will have to pay 2 ticks now.
.017 in 2017 seems so long ago, but I think we should pass that if only 2 legs
of ONCI's 6 legs start working.
Dare I say over a buck in the next year+?... oh I did say it
I do not know anything, just a hunch.
I'm not trying to pump, because I am not selling any for less than .005
After a much needed car, I will hold for much more.
I have so many shares I don't plan to buy more when we get past .002
