Hopefully the SEC and verb will find out about this and right the matter. I realize we were bashed tremendously because of our low share price. Unfortunately it was unfair bashing. I wish they took into account how positive our percentages have been since 3rd third quarter. Year end and first quarter. This is the time many should be buying as the collection of verb has dramatically changed those articles were put out in March. They took advantage of bashing verb unfairly when they learned because of covid 19 our filings would not come out in March but in May. Now that they are out and see how DIFFERENT verb is one would think they would print retraction. After consolidating our efforts into our most profitable tech areas ..the companies growth and user levels should get better. My only concern is that we see some money coming on from the area we let go so that area can run separately but pay us something in return as we the shareholders and company verb still own that area that runs separately. Please give a better explanation of this situation.. Conceivably they could take that part public and pay us 20 million bucks to spin off. Am I wrong in my suggestion. Or pay us a monthly sum to bring Verb some money in. Please explain this to me as so feel a bit stupid on this subject. Sort of the wife that had been cheated on and would like to know what is positive if anything.
