You’re confusing Emergency Use Authorization with Compassionate Use. NP and CYDY have requested compassionate use from the FDA and the FDA recommended they not do so because it would slow enrollment in the COVID trial.
We are hoping that the FDA approves leronlimab for COVID or gives EUA and asks for an ongoing phase 4.
