HONG KONG / ACCESSWIRE / May 27, 2020 / Greenpro Capital Corp. (GRNQ) today announced that it has signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire 4% of the Millennium Sapphire for US$4 million. The acquisition will be paid via the issuance of 4.44 million GRNQ restricted shares valued at $0.90 per share.
