It is a bad policy to average down with pennies and more so involving this stock/company. They appear to be doing very little to move the company forward. Now I am not talking moving the shares price I am talking about management to make an effort just to get out of bed.
For instance...look at the recent 10-k that the company filed. Now yes it saved money with not filing for 3 plus years, look deeper into the filing. Read about "SVM Capital" as follows........
