I now think the sooner the better.
This is how the echo chamber on this board decides on how the world should run and when reality smacks us in the face we blame our disappointing results on NP. Now that you have come to the above conclusion tell me didn't cut the trial off with 20 patients instead of 50? Why don't we set up our own minimum standards? So we then submit this for approval and the FDA tells us that because we don't have enough patient in P2 we should go back and increase the number of patients in P3 to 600. Always remember the FDA reserves its prerogative to change its mind.
