Regarding the 'lawsuit', Dr. Pourhassan was getting ahead of it and actually his remarks made it all sound frivolous... which it likely is...
He said Dr. Scott Kelly (COB), once told him "everyone is replaceable at CytoDyn"... but one thing can never be duplicated and that's Leronlimab... He added, "you may sue us, hate us or short our stock but you can never deny certain cancer patients are alive today because of Leron... replaced standard of care for HIV patients... "
Dr. Scott Kelly is currently forming a science board with many from all over the world.... will also have a science advisory board. They're about to hire a 'commercialization officer'
Signing with a prestigeous investment bank... final agreement should be signed by this weekend.
He went on to speak about trials...
Phase 2 for Mexico is under development
BLA submitted and we are asking for priority review from FDA in the next few days...
Also working on prevention HIV trial
Cancer: basket trial underway again now due to delay because of CV...
Have signed licensing agreements with five companies for covid... and two companies for HIV...

Status on Thailand Prep: also has not been forwarded stopped Dr. Jonas Sasha wants us to continue with Thailand and have asked them to expedite trials in prevention and some cancer... will follow up but CV is crucial right now.
Pourhassan: Enrolled six sites to go... started seven weeks ago... 4/1 injected first time... these are historical times regarding how fast this is going. We could stop the trial right now and do interim analysis but we (as a board) have to decide whether that's best to do right now...
