We'll find out in a couple of hours if they have abandoned their usual game plan of pushing it back down at the close.
Remember, on Friday there was unusual trading activity and it closed near high of day. Clearly someone knew something in advance -- as we have seen so many times before. It is very difficult to keep things secret when you have so many people in a research lab who have access to the data, and when whatever company distributes the press release gets it in advance too.
And no, I absolutely am NOT saying that anyone at IPIX leaked this. It would be contrary to the best interests of the company and the individuals involved. This should go without saying, but I write this because a mentally ill person constantly claims that I am accusing IPIX staff of leaking information. That is absolutely not true.
