I know that when it comes to Generex, a lot of what we do on here is taking wild guesses 
But does anyone have a clue on when we should be hearing anything concerning what is going on with either the funding or the S1 for either Generex or NGIO?
When we consider the S1 for Generex, it has been going on for quite a while now. When we consider the funding request, that has also been going on for a while. Concerning the S1 for NGIO, the Form 10 was supposed to be the hold up for that and now that it is out of the way and has been for a almost a couple of weeks (May 12 / 13), if we go by calendar days, shouldn't we be hearing something about the S1 being put in?
Edit: From my understanding, I thought Joe said the S1 for NGIO was independent of the S1 for Generex, so it should be a clean S1 to be put in.
