There’s a very small chance of that happening. At this point, CYDY only has data from the EIND patients, which is not placebo controlled. The FDA is unlikely to approve it based on the EIND data. I’d say EUA would be more likely if the mild/mod trial has been completed and data released, but we’re at least a month away from that happening.
