Well that’s a surprising response and may or may not be in the best interest of long term shareholders.

Why?

Thinking the FDA and SEC are separate entities and regulatory / approval bodies.

That was true until someone hacked the company's web sites. The hackers did so deliberately because they hate DECN and Mr. Berman, even though they have never met him or talked to him or corresponded with him. And how bad is that. Rage, anger and hate.

So these gavonnes found a document that was used in stolen and altered form, to notify the SEC that DECN was advertising illegally, and since the SEC has been tasked with stamping out Covid-19 company fraud -- and there is a lot of that going around, that brought them in. And since the SEC is clueless about anything technical, they contacted the FDA. And it was all over forged and stolen documents. The FDA did the smart thing, they looked at the company's real advertising and found nothing amiss. The SEC is another matter. They are now in way, way too deep.

So my advice is open your eyes. This has been going on since the end of March and became a 5-alram fire when the hackers, who are really the resistance and underground, decided that Mr. Berman was not going to jail, the product was going to be completed and be worth hundreds of millions, if not more, and determined that the SEC would allow DECN shares to trade again. So the gavonnes struck again and again. And the SEC being a paranoid organization full of failed lawyers and accountants, was all too happy to oblige. And it only took one conspiracy monger inside the SEC. But that will change soon IMO. There are adults inside the SEC.
