Question: Would not the publicity and Covid-19 approval pave an expedited track for approval for GenUltimate TBG? And provide resources for GenChoice to be released from FDA purgatory? And expedite GenAccord?
Rock, I think Berman has had it. He is 24/7 persecuted by a bunch of non-shareholders who have somehow managed to get the SEC on their side. And all it took was finding the right conspiracy theorist at the SEC. According to these non-shareholders, KB's technology sucks, or worse, it doesn't exist. His applications in front of the FDA are total fiction at best, but most likely frauds. He is a liar and a crook and is stealing from shareholders (and assumedly non-shareholders, although I have no idea what they have to lose). So I think he finishes the Covid kit and calls it a day. There will be many, many potential buyers who will be willing to take the risk that GenViro! isn't and never was a fraud. And every one of these risk takers will have the persecutors in their ear working to lower the price of GenViro! And doesn't that affect shareholders?
I am shocked by three things about all of this..
1. First that a bunch of angry pizzants have gotten as far as they have.
2. Second these angry pizzants have virtually no organized opposition. There are at most 10 of them, but DECN has 12,000 NOBOs, and nobody has stepped forward. That is most shocking of all.
3. And finally third, that the SEC believes these pizzants and has taken their torch and done NO due diligence on their claims. These people are cyber criminals and they are attempting to crush the legacies of thousands of shareholders. In fact the SEC is treating KB and DECN and metaphorically asking them when they intend to stop beating the wife and children.
