It means using a biomarker as your primary endpoint instead of clinical outcome is pretty lame. Looking at clinical outcomes Kevzara doesn't seem to do very much. I'll let the stat guys figure out the p values but it doesn't look like statistical significance to me.

Side effects should give one pause.
