Financing makes the most sense to me as “big news”. It’s been teased as in the works (in discussions) numerous times over the past 2-4 weeks, both government and bank/institutional. This could also come via partnerships for GVHD, MS, or NASH. It’s the kind of thing they have been working on and that we desperately need. That’s my best guess. It would come along with updates to studies, other indications, and where we stand with both Mexico and the FDA of course.
As for the other big things being thrown about...
There doesn’t seem to be enough momentum on the enrollment of trials to warrant a call based on a major update to those. Like that we’ve completed enrollment, for instance. A thing that I’ve seen hypothesized more than once on the boards.
It also doesn’t make sense that we would get any sort of approval outside of compassionate use at this point. Though we do deserve it. Even then, I have a hard time believing that the FDA would all of a sudden be in our corner fighting for us. (I would love to be wrong) All indications are that the FDA favors bigger pharma and wants to see cold hard Leronlimab facts before moving an inch. Again, I hope I’m wrong. It would be amazing if what Trump said about “big therapeutic” news coming soon was for us. I just won’t believe it until I see it based on our treatment from them to date.
Uplisting to NYSE announcement is plausible based on Nader saying that we currently satisfy the requirements and saying we were a week or two away from an announcement. I believe that it would be a submission of application announcement, not a stamp of approval from NYSE. I don’t know the rules but I’m guessing there’s at least some sort of timeframe for them to review and execute the submission. I can’t imagine it happens as soon as you submit.
There’s a chance they have their pdufa date to announce but that would be a very quick turnaround time. That being said, the FDA did review and find the missing information pretty damn fast so maybe they can approve it quickly at this point.
Lastly, I seriously doubt that NP asks for an increase in shares. I haven’t been invested here for more than a year and a half but for that stretch he has been extremely vocal about what he thinks the value of the company is worth (a ton) AND that he doesn’t want to dilute. He seems heavily focused and very dedicated to that effort. With all that we have going for us, and it’s a lot, he has referenced financing options/offers many times and I don’t see him changing now. Now more than ever he likely has the leverage he needs to find it without adding shares.
So long story short, I’m predicting it will be a major financing announcement with an outside shot that they’ve applied for an up-list or have a pdufa date. We’ll get a good tidbit or two on the other ongoing activities as well. I’m firmly in the camp that believes at least one big thing is brewing. Looking forward to it. Figures it would happen on a holiday weekend and we’d have to wait an extra day. Good luck all!
