Exactly, that is why one has to make the best decision with what one has and go for it !!!
If one waits to have all the information at hand before committing money one might as well not invest in any stock and seam it into the mattress
However, we are lucky in that in this case we have some data (even if imperfect), a scientifically-explained MoA, a doctor making blood work that says that he is seeing good results (after obtaining good results before).
