They get paid by the number of responses they get. So if you feel the need to respond, do so, just don't click the reply button. Make the response a NEW post. You'll get your point across without them getting paid.
BigE who I believe is Edward, one of the company administrators there, an obnoxious asshole, was suppose to leave for awhile but never did. I guess he didn't want to give up his lucrative "keep em on the hook" job. He's good at stirring the pot to get responses.
Unfortunately the board has turned to crap but not one of then are the boards administrators. Too bad their posts can't be deleted for "argumentative purposes only".
