You do understand that INND has plans for a reverse split per the last SEC filing, correct?
The OS is at least 3 billion and new issues have been released non stop since February.
Once their 10K is posted, FINRA will approve the 1:2000 reverse split.
1,955,748,640 shares alone were diluted since 3/2/2020
