What the heck does Biomotiv do?

(2) Could BioMotive co-invest with an established Company in Nanologix viral detection tech? For example, they co-invested in Aro Biotherapeutics with J&J.
(3) Could BioMotive be helping to develop Nanologix to be purchased?
