The rep I spoke with agreed that it seemed like a glitch as I told him what prior O/S levels recently were, etc. They had their tech team open a case with Morningstar which he said should hopefully resolve it (if it is simply a glitch). He did say it could take several business days for the update to push through and correct, assuming there is no other reason behind it as he couldn't confirm any other justification from his side that it would be.
