Please, let's not hang a black wreath on the door yet. I think they aren't mentioning BARDA lately because something is brewing there. They've gotten phone calls, or they are in negotiations, etc. They can't mention anything in a PR until things are final. They certainly can't say "we are in the final stages of negotiating the contract".
