speaking of not marrying to a stock like many of us have done over these long years....me included...
did you guys see what happened with Sorrento (SRNE) on the 15 th.....how this stock went in the premarket to almost 7 $ and during that day to 9 $, it had closed the previous day, on the 14 th...at 2.62....over 500,000,000 shares exchanged hands.....that's probably about a 1,000,000 people that got married to the stock on the 15 th....and then a lot of divorces on the 18 th when the stock hit 10 briefly....with an additional 300,000,000 shares trading and maybe another 1/2 a million people that bought (married)....and then it tanked at the end of the day to 6.50, even reaching a low of the day of 6.08.....and has been tanking eversince.....
the 22,000 i mentioned earlier....was for me on the 15 th....after the initial pop.....bought (on margin) in the pre market at 4.50 and sold in the premarket the next business day at 9.50....b4 all hell broke loose...
usually i would have sold on the 15 th....but took the family out that night (like your shower) and missed selling at 6 or so.....but it turned out great for me on Monday the 18 th....
the reason am sharing this story, is we might see some flux with the gnbt when barda or cepi or other step to the plate....or when the s1 and or spinout of ngio is announced....not that many shares will be traded....but relatively speaking.....a large flux should and will be expected....and you have to be ready for it....
