That's understandable....it was all the other variables that was in that PR that also needs to happen,,,,as someone earlier posted that the S1 should have been filed at day 62 or 61 or 64 or 63 or 66 or 65 or 67.....as previously posted you need a $4 share to list on NASDAQ...some have done it at a little under but that seems to be the preferred open suggestion.....has to file S1 to be able to start selling shares probably via an IPO or Institutional Investors.....or am I missing something again....I have reread & reread that PR again....still confused, but I know I'm not......FINANCING, FINANCING, FINANCING....because I do remember someone posting that the NEW NU S1 should be NO PROBLEM cause no hair has grown yet...….
