Yes, highly unusual. Ameritrade won't allow me to buy OTC stocks outside normal trading hours. I wonder what kind of account or permission one must have to do so.
I wonder how many of Dr. Rogers's friends believe in him enough to invest in the stock of a Company who's stock is dirt cheap with a 20yr and 14yr lock on THE BEST virus and bacteria diagnostic tech, respectively. They must have some $$$ to invest.
