Gotcha, well we will see. I will add that every PR since May 11th includes that same language, stating that priority review will be requested shortly to shorten the BLA review from 10 to 6 months.
I would guess that the PR is not a mistake.
I also recall this being said recently in a conference call/webcast/proactive video.
