Imagine Mexico being the first country to approve Leronlimab. Getting credit internationally for being so smart having adopted a lifesaving drug that could give people back their normal lives.
How would that make the FDA look?
The American public (POTUS especially) would be enraged if they would find out that this American product has been there for quite some time and FDA knew about it, knew about the safety and efficacy but choose to ignore it, to turn down request after request and to give this company a hard time.
I would like to get a look inside the FDA. This little company (they seem to dislike) daring to request a clinical trial with direct comparison to the FDA preferred (based on almost nothing) soc Redemsivir. And then the Mexican FDA saying ‘we like you’ to Cydy and wanting to start a clinical trial. To save face FDA should act, like now.
