One key difference. B’s data were before infection whereas Remdesivir’s data were after infection. The VERO cells data would be more significant if B is used as a vaccine. Since Leo said that won’t be the case, I don’t expect people will go to the hospital for a B-IV before they test positive, nor insurance would approve it.
