I have to agree with toodles, it is not an oversight that "CEO" was left off doc's bio. Doc is still "CEO" until an 8K is filed, hence per his communication with wrenchman recently.
Now who is CEO to be, IMO, John Peoples. Think about it, what a brilliant pick he would be. A wealth of business experience with deep connections to Europe, a market 3 times the size of the United States. I am sure there are more good reasons too. Doc is a smart man, he will do it right, what ever happens.
Another point, I think shortly after we are trading on the NASDAQ, UNVC will buy out, or merge with Euromed and some or all the other companies Mikey pointed out that are in that same office building as Euromed. Our stock price on NASDAQ will make it easy to do without a lot of dilution. I could be wrong but it sure makes good business sense to fully own them.
All in my humble opinion.
