If I may be more direct pal, what you want is a higher stock price since you own stock at levels higher than today. Whether the GenViro! works is of little importance to you, what is important is a higher stock price. I already put you in the category of people wishing for Mr. Berman to go to jail. I will remind you that a cabal of message board posters, of which YOU are a junior partner, cannot do that no matter how much they want that to happen.
Mr. Berman played ice hockey at a high level, as did I. One of the first things they teach you, because hockey is a physical and challenging game, is that if someone(s) do you dirty, do not retaliate immediately. Too many eyes on you. Instead wait for your spot because the game is long. Retaliate at your convenience.
