That is not "pump and dump." That is "perform and raise capital, so that you can continue performing." It is pretty much what companies are supposed to do until they can generate revenue.
This is what CYDY should do. We have "performed" but haven't been able to do a traditional capital raise for a variety of reasons. We needed to borrow from Fife again, and take the warrant conversions as they come.
Wish we could raise some money at $3 a share, but I think we are nearly capped out on authorized shares.
I know I blended two ideas here. Give me a thumbs up for congratulating Moderna on good performance and capital management. And give me a thumbs down for suggesting that CYDY should take some dilution in exchange for cash.
