The employees wanting more of their salaries than the 20% converted to stock was surprising in a good way. Especially in these tough times.
I worked for one technology company and was doing the maximum stock purchase I could. I was just barely there a year when the company got bought out, which was the largest software deal in history at the time.
I tripled my investment from my first share bought to my last share bought.
Who better to know how a company is doing beside their employees
I hope that $10K or whatever it is for each employee turns into $100K
They deserve it
