Too many concerns about the number of shares insiders have (or have not) bought?

Do you think that would send a good message to institutional investors? Be careful what you wish for. There are good reasons why insiders have limited the amount of shares they purchase. Rory is doing what he said he would do, and that is to maximize shareholders value.
