Wells Fargo isn't looking to flip for a $2 gain- What the size tells me is that they've put a placeholder to keep VERB on their radar.
Anyone that's been tracking instutional ownership may have seen other funds do that. They may have also seen that some funds sold, and then bought back in. Logic tells me that they have their reasons, perhaps having to do with percent loss on any position- Such as, sell if it drops X% or more in X days/months/quarters
These newer institutions are looking at a blue ocean, and it must look damn good if they're giving it their time and attention.
I imagine they'll be dipping a toe in later this week but who knows, they might just dive in and start doing laps.
