Just asking a question , When patents are created in one persons name and so deducing ( they own the patents ) but the people who invested in (THE COMPANY 's Research and Development ) Who gets to benefit from the Royalties ? Question , Only the owner of the patents ? especially (if and when) the Company goes Belly UP , out of buisness .... do the Royanties get extended to the many who actually paid for the Research ? If not why not ! This Question should be brought to some authorities since according to my understanding some 80 + million $ was paid in toward stock holdings to Afford the R&D and because of NO SALES OF PRODUCT AT ALL ,Drove the stock to oblivion ( Ongoing deficits) , Correct me if i'm wrong . Based on a marketing plan to fail / Suceed !?!? leaving the finished (patents) & products to WHOM since the Buisness is presumed gone ? Who pospers ? Just a Question . Got an answer?
