The PRs and the SEC action is also reality.
I hate to bring up TAUG, but without Berman's news releases based on product progress, DECN stock would look like TAUG, a 3 day rise based on an announcement of entering the market and then forgotten.
Small companies like DECN receive no real publicity so they have to evolve their own publicity.
