In my humble opinion if a real shareholder called Mr. Berman (fake shareholders don't count because Berman has no use for them) and during the conversation if the shareholder caller phrased one question the right way, I think KB would tell the caller that he is sorry that he ever asked about and thought to ask his Korean partners about GenViro! He would say he has seen very little of the good in people since he made that decision to proceed and a whole lot of bad ... almost all bad.
This morning Berman is being maligned again for stealing money from shareholders... and the leader of that argument isn't a shareholder. And he isn't a former shareholder. He is just a mean and nasty and negative message board poster. But he is listened to and is believed.
Over here there is a left handed argument that pretty much states that Berman is incompetent because he hasn't completed his rocket science product fast enough for penny stock traders, thereby allowing a short lived former company supporter, and others, many others to hedge their posting bets.
For those who care, and I am betting that not many do, in fact the overwhelming number don't, the FDA has changed their guidance testing protocol 3 times, and not just on DECN, since the company filed for its first EUA in early April 2020 (around 45 days ago) and that doesn't count the testing protocol the FDA made up for DECN. All products in front of the FDA, except for those products that rely on a DNA based determination, including the fateful Abbott product, get merrily approved.
But you know what, lets let shareholder and message board poster impatience take over the product and see what that gets you. Let's sit idly aside and play our passive aggressive soft bash games. I stated yesterday, shareholders, including me, will get exactly what we deserve. And we will.
