Energy_ Wave ....I hinted to wow last night about that post, You are correct that Salty must remain Moderator for several reasons. Now many of us get out of hand so it isn't just our friend. Some things as an moderator of any sort brings responsibility and fairness..or at least it should. So when that get too far out of balance something must give. Our friend and Salty have been friends since time began and it is just as much Bhawk's thread as it is Salty's. I don't expect anyone to change for the simple reason that I have stated many times to people I meet other than over the Internet...if you can't change yourself how in the world do you expect to change the other person. My problem is that as a poster I'm ok with anything goes but I'm not as a moderator. So the easy/painless way to start resolving or solve this short term is to remove something and that simply means remove me as moderator.
We must have Salty remain as moderator as he is so pleasant to state the very least but don't expect him to cut his old friend from the thread as that would sever a super long term friendship that might change direction or navigation on his pirate ship and have problems navigating.
Everyone felt a bit of pain when Michael recently passed even if you didn't believe like he did. He knew I didn't and it isn't like everyone here must be on one side of the wall or the other. Anyone with a half a brain (I have at least 1/2) can see the BS within both political parties.
I know ; - )......all political discussion are ban from Salty's Cruise Lline Tourist business...he has a ship and he is the Captain right? Salty and many others are able to bring to the thread a bit of delight that maybe can't always be enjoyed by everyone on a given day. A lot of us here are older and have medical problems that are relentless and is hard at time to possibly feel human.
As a human I am going to encourage something to people here and that is to PM each other yes the people you freaking dislike or hate. I had mentioned prior and I even gave up on my friend (..... ) to talk with that person and find out what you have in common not your differences. Then this thread will start to grow and maybe blossom and attract others that are looking for a little touch beyond trading during their day.
