Consider this: If insiders had bought only 1500 shares (which they have actually bought multiples of that) and NEVER sold a share to this day, wouldn't that be considered a statement of confidence? How many shares has Rory bought? How many shares has Rory taken in lieu of cash payment? How many shares has Rory sold to date? How long has Rory sat on those shares he hasn't sold? If insiders bought "too many" shares, what kind of signal would that send to potential investors and institutions?
