The idea is to destroy the virus particles. But when are you going to inject the patient? It only makes sense when there are virusses in the body. Treatment on forehand, you have to inject the whole population. The first 7-10 days after the infection the patient does not show symptoms. As with Remdesivir, are you going to inject the not yet ill patient? Or are you going to treat all people who have been in contact with a Covid-19 patient? Or preventive, any person, one dose per month?
The Dutch system is one antibody, the Sorrento Covid Shield has three antibodies. Three times as many side effects possible than the Dutch concept.
Quite desperate approach in my opinion.
Nevertheless, even a silly idea can pump the share price: +170%.
And regarding Mount Sinai Health System, I know a better hospital in that area...
