In any case, I’m not sure what your point is. Whether a child dies because blood flow in a coronary artery is diminished sufficiently because of an aneurism from inflammation which results in severe hypoxia in the portion of the heart it services, or, a thrombus forms in the aneurism and an infarct occurs, or the aneurism ruptures, cardiac arrest occurs and the child dies.
Also, arteritis per se results in myocardium inflammation due to interference with perfusion.
Point is these children are dying due to inflammation post-COVID infection. Hopefully, Leronlimab may be effective in treating this inflammation if it is due to RANTES.
